Just a heads up to any of you old guys like me that have a broker's license to access the MLS. I got a surprise inspection today. Not really a problem, I just had to hustle to put two chairs out in the hallway. 
I've had a home office since 1994, and after the initial inspection no one came around until 3 years ago. Scared the crap outta me, had to bust my *** to put a sign in the window, find my license, and again, put 2 chairs in the hallway. Funny thing was, they came when I was leaving for my physical. Suffice to say BP was through the roof.
Wonder if they are hiring?
