I'm curious if anyone's had any experiences with web based calendars for multiple users. I'm migrating from a whiteboard (when the 3 other appraisers worked in the same location as me) and having difficulty coordinating scheduling because of this.

I'm savvy with setting up web based software, just curious if anyone's had any experience before I try multiple things.

Thanks!

I am an appraiser and also a webmaster for my masonic lodge, and I use Easy PHP calendar on that site http://www.easyphpcalendar.com/ it works great, real easy setup, and has multiple user options. It is free, but is branded, you can buy a license for like $20.

I use airset. It's completely free and a great way to manage multiple calendars and/or one overall calendar giving access to multiple people.http://www.airset.com

We use google for our calendars. It is a free account and you can invite anyone with a google mail account to view it. :clapping:

I'm experimenting with a program called Sync2. It allows me to syncronize my calendar with my secretary. We use Outlook and I currently have a network share where the "common" file is syncd to. This is done in the background and I only check it once in a while to make sure there are no errors with the sync. It can be set up to sync to an FTP as well (tried it briefly and it worked but seems to need more attention than a local share).

I am just in the early stages of this and there are some issues (initial start up continues to prompt for a user profile but it shouldn't and the initial start up tends to hang the computer processor). I'm working with tech support on the issues and hopefully have a resolution soon.

I have tried the google calendar as well. There is also software available to "sync" it with outlook in case someone is looking to do that.

I have also used yahoo calendar. There is a way to sync with outlook as well.
