Exactly, I've tried to explain for years that corporations don't pay taxes, their customers do.

Only in inefficient markets. In efficient markets, the corporations pay the tax - or find a cheaper way to build the gadget.

Then I guess we're in a grossly inefficient market since higher taxes are ALWAYS passed thru to the consumer. ALWAYS.
