Really depends what you're trying to do and the model, but most often the best prompt will be created by the model itself.

I do not have a specific prompt, but at a conference I attended recently an appraiser shared with me that he was using AI to analyze engagement letters and produce a checklist for him to make sure his reports addressed any assignment or client specific requirements. That sounded like a very practical use of AI for appraisers to me.

The AIVRE AI 3.6 app uses this same principle. You upload the entire order and contract and it inputs everything into the report. Pretty amazing this hasn't been done before. Total has a half-azzed feature like this but it's not even close
