What do FHA appraisals require, that a conventional appraisal does not?

Attached is an FHA checklist I developed way back in the day. There have been a few nominal changes since I built it, but most of the stuff is still relevant. At least a start.

It's been 5 years since I have completed an FHA order. Can a "short list" be provided so I don't miss any red flags? I think for one, the Intended User must be "HUD".

I realize this is a big question, and wondered if there was a short answer.

well this is fun to read but it's over 1000 pages. i can't save it as a pdf due to the period in "4000.1" and i can't search in it in it's current download display. any one have a link to a searchable version of this thing... or a searchable pdf version...
