Glad to know you got paid and that the lender does not mind you discussing the report.
Just as a side note, USPAP does not require written permission from a client to discuss an appraisal with a third party, just that you protect the appraiser/client relationship and that you act in the good faith regarding the legitimate interest of the client. So long as the client approves of what you are doing, you are OK by USPAP.
