Glad to know you got paid and that the lender does not mind you discussing the report.

Just as a side note, USPAP does not require written permission from a client to discuss an appraisal with a third party, just that you protect the appraiser/client relationship and that you act in the good faith regarding the legitimate interest of the client. So long as the client approves of what you are doing, you are OK by USPAP.

Glad you got paid. However, I'd not discuss anything with the borrower one on one. I'd get together with them and your client. This is because your report is only one part of the loan process in which you, the lender and the borrower are involved in and, to my way of thinking, you all outta be there.
