Yes, it was. You're twisting a situation that I had many years ago, where I called for the repair of some rotting deck slates, however I adjusted for a large repaired deck, not a rotting deck. You apparently don't understand that when you make something subject to repair, your SCA reflects the as repaired value. Go back and take appraisal 101.That is no fallacy.
