TAF is in danger. State regulatory boards are in danger. Appraisal organizations are in danger. Appraisal management companies are in serious danger.

are you even licensed...just your typical crn shill :rof: :rof: :rof:
Why would you even ask such s dumb question? You know you can look my status up at both the state and National Registry.

Too bad I didn't do enough during the early 2000s....

If you watch the appraisal bias hearings. They are still going on. The panelist on that appraisal bias panel are the most powerful Federal regulators in existence. They are not going after the appraiser. They had Jonathon Miller on that is an appraiser.

That panel is going after the whole system.

you ask me that dumb question...dont you see my status next to my name duh... :rof: :rof: :rof:

They were nice to Jonathon Miller (ndependent appraiser). That appraisal bias panel is not being nice to many other witnesses.

One more time, the panel members on that appraisal bias panel have power over every lending institution alive and the appraisal profession for federally regulated transactions and federally insured institutions.

More hearings to come from that appraisal bias panel. They are the nucleus. Nobody holds a candle to their power.

So you're saying you still have an active license and you are performing appraisals? Because I don't believe you.
