Huh?

Sounds like an old timer asking for that. FHA appraiser used to get 'score cards' on appraisals that were reviewed. I've never seen one.

Hey Pam,

Maybe it was the info on the former FHA Appraiser Claims and Defaults rate website that Frank G helped get rid of???? Got me...

Some DEU needs to go back to school to become familiar with today's lean, mean, stream lined, FHA machine.

Unless they want you to go the HUD web site and print off a copy of the page that shows you "approved". I have had that request before, from the super lazy UW's.

Hold on, I'll find the link.

If you have a copy of the assignment from FHA with the case # and your name as the appraiser.... what else do they need?

:eyecrazy:

HUD has several scorecards ... one of them is for home buyers another for automated loan transactions ...

info on the homebuyer scorecard is here

HUD_scorecard_homebuyer

info on the AUD

" As part of the new automated underwriting technology for home loans, HUD intends to launch the Technology Open To All Lenders (TOTAL) Scorecard. The FHA TOTAL Scorecard, developed by HUD, assesses the credit worthiness of FHA borrowers by evaluating certain mortgage application and borrower credit information that has been statistically proven to accurately predict the likelihood of borrower default. The FHA TOTAL Scorecard is not an automated underwriting system; rather, it is a mathematical equation intended for use within an automated underwriting system. HUD wishes to deploy the FHA TOTAL Scorecard with industry users.

I haven't seen anything regarding appraisers ....

Sound similar to the old GEO cards V.A. appraisers used before 1993.
