fancy way of asking for a comp check.. throw it in the trash!

They are probably just asking for a comp check....they expect you to
tell them the value before you waste any of the borrowers money.

I agree with Elliott. Have them email the form to you so you can send it on to Pam.

Sorry - I have nothing worthwhile to add, other than I agree you should contact them and ask what their new verbage means.
 
Like I said earlier it was an in house form utilized by former staff appraisers of theirs. It has no bearing whatsoever on the order sent to me. Its a disregard this instruction that should not have been in the order.
