What is the best thing-Incorporate or LLC or something else?

some tidbits--- if you do incorporate and have a husband or wife as one of your employees, then you can provide them with health insurance and it'll be deductible. The health insurance can be a 'family' policy so you would receive deductible health coverage. Very common scenario.

Insofar as liability, the corp can help some. But, as a professional with a license you usually cannot hide behind the corp for professional liability purposes. But the corp may shield you against losing some assets if your activities otherwise weren't wofully negligent.....
