OK....so I've taken the advice of the forums and although I use ACI currently in traiining with my Supervisor, I decided it could not hurt to learn another software package and I filled out the online form to get a free 30 trial of alamode.

I rec'd the CD a coupla weeks ago but have not had the time to install.

Mean while, STEVE from alamode has been calling and emailing to check up.

I understand the follow up ....BUT DAMN...could they GIVE it a rest !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll get to it when I get to it...can you dig it !! (Can I get a witness !!)

I would tell the next person who calls that any further solicitation will end the debate and you will not use their product.

I like the product very much, but have had some past issues with their marketing side. Thankfully, they changed their approach with me, but it took a lot of complaining to make it happen.

The product really is good...there is a reason that more appraisers use it than all the competition combined.
