What order do you put your 1004 in?

Just curious as to what order you put your FNMA 1004 appraisal in.

Include:

4 or more comps
Active listing(s)
Additional subject photos

It's interesting to see how they vary in order. I try to put mine in order of how the lender would look at them in reviewing the appraisal, ie look at comps in order, read how you came to the conclusions of the previous pages they just read, etc. Of course, that's all subjective, LOL

You guys must have WinTotal, I don't think I can break up the URAR in ACI.

Does not matter, when Fannie requires us all to send in AI ready our reports will be scrambled in whatever order that data sifting meat grinder spits it out in.
