Not true. I describe properties as "Q5" on a regular basis for GSE work.

Well.... from the exterior, this looks like a dog. However, it could have Redwood studs or solid oak flooring that'd be worth $$ making the materials superior to the new builds.

As the old saying goes; they don't make them like they used to.

Conversely, the guts could be just as bad as the exterior. Aww screw it....waiver.
