All good replies above! In commercial we have to go deeper since many details can "give it away" leaving an appraiser vulnerable to the State. Using an

All good replies above! In commercial we have to go deeper since many details can "give it away" leaving an appraiser vulnerable to the State. Using an app like N1 gets all the obvious identifiers but we have to think about tenant names, detailed site discussions, etc.

For photos, maps etc. my advice is to open three reports and change exhibits randomly from the two you won't be sending.
