Powell and Yellen are two peas in a pod. Both are poor communicators and incompetent, given their inability to understand that Biden's monetary expansion policies would lead to more or less permanent inflation exceeding 20%+. I believe both said the inflation would be transitory. With their levels of education, the mistake was inexcusable.

When I was in college, professor had such a computer model. Put inputs into different variables and outcomes are predicted.

1) Housing is unaffordable due to bubble created by low mortgage rates.
2) Inflation went up faster than wage growth.
3) High interest bond treasuries are continuing to lock up investments and the housing market in a period when oil prices are declining and commodity prices are declining.
4) The stock market is not ruined. The market is over valued and was due for a correction. Did Biden ruin the stock market when we saw a 20% drop PLUS 20% inflation in 4 years? The market didn't hardly kept up with inflation.

CA has been building so many apartment buildings. As a landlord I'm pessimistic that rent prices can keep going up.

Less foreigners believe in our Dollar thus taking out and not buy Treasuries. Most Americans and Trump don't realize how foreigners buying our Treasuries had maintain our low rates.

All I know was with Biden years, stock market had best return I had better than real estate. Wished I sold real estate and put in stock market.

He got his first economic class when he purchased a Tesla two years ago before people in his community started vandalizing them --now he hides it in the garage and resale has cut 30% off the top because when his new auto insurance renewal comes it's going up dramatically because each keyed or vandalized Tesla cost them a low of $1,000 to $5,000 to get it in and out of the over priced Tesla body shop. But he was cool for about 24 months but now he's hated in the woke community he helped create.
