Why would an appraiser be thrilled about doing BPO's for $50 a pop?
 
Sounds like the new get rich quick scheme for Mr. Lewinski.

Now the agents can do BPOs on the homes they sold to people and pay Mr. Lewinski for all the inside tips.:Eyecrazy:
 
I've always been amazed at how different lenders have different methods for dealing with delinquencies and REOs. I'm seeing an increase in interior orders and not as many pre-foreclosures. I get BPO requests constantly and turn them down, but I do track them, often they end up ordering an appraisal after the lender sticks a fork in it months later.

As far as the BPO courses, it's a rotten trick actually, most appraisers are guys and what male is going delete an email solicitation from someone named Lewinski? :new_smile-l:
