Which do you use on your sketch.

Thanks for all the replies to my question. There seems to be no 1 specific answer. If we use the ansi fixture method, then it should be 2/3rd bath. But then, fannie .1 bath makes soo much more sense in the real world.
I guess the .1 means just one 1/2 bath, in case there were two 1/2 baths, how would you write that. Then .2 bath makes sense, fitting the odd ball number into the form.
 
Only Fannie could devise a system where it appears a property could have one tenth of a bath depending on how the data is entered. This is an issue that can only be resolved by property data collectors with guidance from the hybrid recruiter. Tape pullers needn’t be concerned.
