Because you did not BLOCK them like I did - or did you sign to have them continued for another 2 years maybe? (I did NOT because I was afraid that it would give them an avenue to surreptitiously switch me to 11 eventually).

Suggest you use Copilot to get the step-by-step instructions to do stop them.

It gives you security updates. I don't know what they are or if you need them, but it gives you security updates anyway. I guess if something went wrong after the update, it would give you phone support to reverse to how it was set before the update. You probably already know how to do that with windows where you restore to a time before the update.

Why are they claiming "support" ended last when it clearly hasn't for some nefarious reason? And no I did not agree to any updated services.
