Why cant I receive PMs?

I cant receive PMs from members. I've checked and double checked the User CP settings and they are all correct.

I just sent you a test PM. Go to your PM inbox and see if it is there. If it is then there is no problem.
 
I have a PM but I can't read it - keep getting an error
