Why isn't the blockchain being utilized in the implementation of 3.6?

I asked this and several related questions to Grok about UAD 3.6 and the blockchain and it appears the blockchain could certainly improve 3.6, but that currently it isn’t being used at all. No surprise, the people running Fannie are probably the same tech knuckleheads who advised people not to listen to Hal Finney and the cypherpunks. Maybe they're trying to run 3.6 on Windows 3.1. Grok gave excellent feedback on the question, too much to post here, anyone curious can do their own research. It makes one wonder how tech savvy they are.
