Why pay for 3,6 software

Get them appraisers focused on anything but what really matters like how to grow their business or buy new technology to increase speed and efficiency.
You can't get anything to grow on dead business land. Well, maybe zombies.

Doesn't USPAP prohibit selling data to anyone whose not their client, or is it the client can sell their data to anyone they want.

I'm so confused maybe TAF or the Institutes behind this theft.

Where's Robot Dude at when we need him most or Nando.

There's nothing to steal... the 'data' is just that - 'data', and they can access the data just as easily (if not easier) than we can.
Then why don't they?

If it's free, then you are the product. Ask them what they are doing with that "free" data you are feeding them (esp. on appraisals that originate from outside of their platform). Remember when they said 24hr appraisals and the guy who runs that company yelled at and insulted appraisers on LinkedIn (and blocked them)? Next it will be 10min appraisals meaning no appraiser in the process any more because you helped train their AI/AVM algos with "free" data.
But your being compensated to do the training by getting free software so even if they only give you 3 years of free software the appraisers way ahead.

They believe their models to be better than appraisers anyways. At this point, their primary use of appraisers is in physical inspection of atypical or challenging properties. You know - the ones the Starbucks clerk really shouldn't be inspecting. Otherwise, we're of very little use to the GSE's.
IMO- true, when you provide a Fee for services, they have purchased the "rights of use" per your agreement to complete the work requested. Price the work accordingly.

Next their coming for your Steel Tape-Your Wheel and your collection of Henry Harrison Appraisers Books. This ****'s gotta be stopped !

Does Reggora work in real time on an iPad? If so will the mobile data input still work if you loose service while completing the inspection?

Regorra learned from Fannie Mae's Collateral Underwriter. What does everyone think that Fannie Mae is doing? Using the data from appraisals Nationwide to build their proprietary analytics to eliminate the human appraiser. Why doesn't Fannie Mae share collateral underwriter with appraisers? Think about it...

Use Regorra for free to make some money until the well dries up is the way I see it.
