Why we need an HVCC

This makes so much sense.Why is it that people want government ro take responsibility for our lives? This is the same government that thought taking all the fields that were being used for food and converting them for ethanol. Now we have extremely high food prices from lack of supply.m2:

Make all parties involved responsible, seems easy enough to me, so they will screw that up too.

Compounded by a government which pays people NOT to produce. Yeah, that makes sense...to the government...and the farmer getting the check to keep his fields fallow. Nice work, if you can get it.

I'll tell you what naive is. . .its believing that MORE government involvement is the answer and "big business" is the problem.

Our country has always worked best when market influences are left to govern industry. The government has NEVER done a better job at managing business than the free market.

You think that turning things over to the government will solve the problem? Wait until the 19 year old with one month in the business gets the same number of orders you do. . .and you both now work for 1/2 the fee. . .and wait 90 to 120 days to get paid.

But if you believe that government believes in what you believe. . .there is candidate that also believes!

If you can't recognize that capitalism needs to be tempered then I would suggest you open your eyes, get out of the house more, read a book more often, travel to not so wonderful and glorious vacation spots, stop only telling your friends how wonderful a purely capitalistic society is while ignoring the horrendous potential for destruction within its principles when allowed to run free. You only need look back on the history and at the present of this country to know and across the ocean to see. If you chose to ignore the real facts then there is no point in discussing it further. Chose to be blind if you wish. I would rather accept that the world is not as simple as "A free capitalistic society will take care of itself." philosophies. You are naive if you believe that. Capitalism benefits the few at the expense of the many.

I just drove through a very depressed neighborhood where Section 8 housing and welfare checks are the norm. Seems since I'm paying for that due to my terrible capitalistic work ethic they should at least wash my car.

CWD: I have no trouble with government enforcement. . .I have HUGE problems with government control.

What HVCC will lead to is that when appraiser such as myself that have been doing 35-40 appraisals per month due to putting a great deal of money into technology, training, customer development and marketing. . .now are doing 10 appraisals per month. .. with no ability to do more because of a rotation system. . .we will leave residential appraising.

The end result is the appraisers that are in this as a business will leave. . .only the skippy's will be left.

You will have a truly socialist system. Welcome to the appraiser's union!

Boy, are you dumb. We should all embrace The Rotation! It will protect the poor, uneducated masses that have been terrorized by MBs. And it will give business to those poor, unmotivated appraisers that can't get off their duffs and find some biz on their own.
