My ranting on the last few posts was inspired by the above post. You didn't seem to like my idea of removing the offending comp sale with no appraiser taken photo from the grid and commenting on it in a narrative section.

OK, I went back and looked through the posts. I quoted the wrong post. This is what I intended to quote:

i thought if i disclosed where the photo came from, it was OK. the VA allows you to do this. they don't consider this a degradation in the appraisal quality.

I couldn't figure out for the life of me what you were saying so I went back right after posting. I've corrected the original one now, as well.
