Win10 Help Needed

One thing I noticed about Edge is it can't or won't run concurrent web sites, by minimizing one and then right clicking the Edge icon in the task bar to open a separate web site. Windows Explorer browser will do that. However, if the web sites are 'pinned' to the task bar, maybe that will work. I always enjoy how MS programmers think they have to change what works nicely in previous versions of their software!
Firefox Quantum has an awesome feature called “Container Tabs”. For eg, you can sign-in to your MLS in one FF browser, open a separate new Container tab, signing in again from the same IP (machine, WLAN, et), and one can start a new search without the new container interfering with the existing browser. It’s great when you need to do a quick fix on a stip or whatnot (to get it off your desk, client is bugging you for it asap), but you don’t feel like saving the comparables you’ve been narrowing down for an hour or so w/in that original browser. Containers allow you to run concurrent sites with different search criteria (to name just one dynamic of their many helpful uses).

Windows 7 used to have a neat photo/video editing program called movie maker. It was removed when I updated to Windows 10.

Hello there. I hope this works for you. Link 1 (note the post by Vasudev -he sums it up). That guy knows his stuff as I see his moniker on many varied Win forums and topics.

So check his reply from link above, then try to DL Windows Live EssentiLs from link below (using the waybackmachine’s archive). ***Save the .exe file to a flash drive and run the file/download through VirusTotal.com (a must, and a habit one should always employ -or Sandbox before install, ideally).

*Also, you can copy the URL for the downloadable .exe and scan this URL using VirusTotal’s URL scan BEFORE downloading the actual file.

VirusTotal will often report 1 or 2 False positives, just an Fyi. Simply use your better judgement as YMMV. The link below looks pretty legit however. Here is second link for waybackmachine’s Microsoft’s DL (MS pulled its Active link in January).

Good luck!

Thanks, I was able to download it and it works just fine. It is a very easy program to use and has some neat features.
