I also always use the spell checker. It picks up amazing things.
And sometimes it's suggested replacement words are good for a laugh. :!:

Personally I tend to do page 1 first. Go from start to finish, 1 field at a time, helps me to not leave any blanks. If one section, such as site, needs info in the addendum cuz the page 1 box is too small, I'll jump to addendum and type it out, then return to the next section of whichever page. Templates are good in that respect too, and "common responses". Anybody use the "word expander" function? ACI has it. Type ob, and it expands to obsolesence (if you program it to). You could have a whiole paragraph if you want. I need to work on building the items in that list to save typing I guess.

Seems to me you gotta do the sketch before the grid. I mean, does your calculation of living area via the sketch often match up with the assessors info? Mine is usually close, but almost never exactly the same.
