Has anyone noticed a huge drop in orders for the past month?

January - March was about the same as last year, but April has been quiet.

There was a big drop in sales activity here in the first week of April, but it's picked up a lot in the last week.

I did (???) last weekend it's nuts with huge help from my Google Business Profile I've been posting about in another thread. Out the door at 6:30am done at 6ish pm both Sat and Sun. There is tons of free to get work making a GBP on your own which is free. Step by step easy instructions how in that thread anyone can do it

I can't work on Saturday and Sunday anymore. Even weekdays 5 pm to 9 pm is tough.

Suspect it has more to do with your market area and State that anything else.

I've been full time 6 plus days a week for at least 2 months. But I am old and slow. Ranches, marinas, funeral homes, and a couple of estates and just keeps coming in.
