Some would say the ASC cannot be purchased, IMO it’s already owned by the powers that be. It’s well below his pay grade, but just imagine if Elon spent an hour sorting through the nonsense that goes on with the notables in the alphabet soup groups of appraisal world. ASC, Fannie, Freddie, etc. I may drop him a hint or two on X/ Twitter, he’s known to sift through and read posts from commoners. Who knows, maybe he’ll buy Fannie and the ASC and fix them. All he needs is a price.

If Elon buys Fannie, ASC, whatever, Fernando is your man to change things and improve profitability. Elon knows labor is too costly in America.

Elon knows labor is too costly in America.

Then why is he building cars here? The hourly rate is not a measure of the productivity of the worker. The worker can only produce the maximum with the best tools and processes. I know you are an advocate of exploiting illegal immigrants for peanuts, but they produce very little and act more as caretakers (lawn service, catching chickens, picking fruit, etc.)

What unresolved issues, I just happened to be reading this post today, if you somehow think I was on AF looking for some of your posts, then you're the one that has, "unresolved issues" I really couldn't care less about you, although, at first I thought maybe our back and forth was just you and me in a disagreement, but as I can see on this post and others, you just like arguing with people, so knock yourself out, it's apparent that you enjoy it, I really couldn't care less. And honestly, not just you, but anyone, getting into a back on forth with Fannie Mae and FNMA is about the DUMBIST things I have seen on AF.
