I dont understand why the animosity ... why not simply answer the stip.
Based upon conversations with county authorities in the county in which the subject is located, the subject property, and all others within the county, are not subject to any zoning ordinances.
You did make the call I am sure .. so why not simply state so. Its only a stupid stip to you .. to them it is a legitmate question. I would further suggest that this be covered in all of your additional comments on properties you appraise within this county from this point forward.
