Zillow comes to Quicken

I originally bought Quicken to keep tract of business deduction for income taxes, but it has expanded its connection to brokerage/investment and it just added a link to Zillow.....so one can tract their 'real estate portfolio.' I'm guessing at some point security brokerages could link HELOC loans to Zillow values. Not saying that is good for appraisers, just that it is probably the future.

You cannot wake up the walking dead.
Vertical integration is not easy to do. A lot of bigger r.e. brokerages tried it, didn't seem to work in the long run. But makes sense if you have 1 atop shopping.
