"Ignore Permanent Foundation Status"

Assessors can be wrong.
Anything can be "wrong". But you only have what you have. Is it possible that there is a 433 form somewhere and the sources used so far are "wrong" about the existence of said form. If the assessor has it classified as real estate and it is taxed as real estate and from what I have read the 433 is required for it to be classified as real estate. Just ask the assessor where the 433 is since they need it to classify the property as real estate. If it isn't classified or taxed as real estate what I posted stands on its own
