You just checked the website? You made it sound like you called and they wouldn't tell you. Why don't you just give them a call?

yeah i've been emailing with them, and when i asked what this was about they said sorry ongoing investigations are confidential. so maybe they're just powertripping and it's all normal, or maybe i'm about to finally put that swiss passport to use

yeah it was over email, they were acting all squirelly about it saying ongoing investigations are confidential, that's what made me think it wasn't just routine. but i didn't do anything fraudulent, so maybe they're just being weird, idk, guess we'll see

if that is the case, they may be researching, identity theft of Licenses and that has traveled thru the industry for years. You never know where your report goes, how many people have peeked at it or how secure the receiving party is. They have broken into nearly every govmt. facility, banks and everything else, so I'm sure "security" is beyond what it used to be for sure.
Best of Luck and remember to bring the ID stuff for the exam.

They are investigating your appraisals. The finger prints are required now. The photos are to ask the borrower, mostly Refi’s, if they recognize any two people in. A photo lineup. They also go to Supra and pull the list of properties you have been to, as well as your supervisor. They are looking to verify that your Supervisor was present att the time of inspection. They are looking at all off your work, not just those they have a asked for work files.

Good luck,, this can take a long time. They are not trying to punish you, but your Supervisor is the one whose career is on the line.
