I just take the first page of the old 1004 and draw the sketch on the back. Usually don't forget anything unless I get to yakking. :laugh:

I do the exact same thing, fortunately the ones I get yakkng with are usually the ones I feel comfortable calling back!

I do have a questionaire (sp?) for relo visits, It really puts the homeowner at ease, especially when I read it back in their presence ask questions.

Not sure how you feel out a form Josh....explain?

Is it more stimulating when you throw a 2nd, or even 3rd, in the mix? :icon_mrgreen:

As for the topic of this post, I came up with a sheet on Word that I take with me to each assignment. It really helps you remember things when you get a yacky homeowner...you know the one that follows you through the yard while your measuring, pointing out every detail of his/her home as if you really care or something!!

Brad I have to access my old computer because the form I made, on it but let mke try a few of questions from memory, and Yes it does keep them out of your way. It is also good if you forget to ask them something and later not sure what the answer would have been

These are a few though I had most likley worded better because I was always improving> I used to have on a legal page I gave the person a pen and clip board, asked them to take a minute and fill out. Josh stated they were out of you hair, and if they did not feel all out I added them as I asked, But even if they filled it out I always asked my normal question about improvement, upgrades. But it was great when I just knew I was in an area with all septics and they stated they were on city sewage, just recently put down their street.

Hope that gives you some sort of Idea.

Sorry I took you seriously However no here I do not always use spell check nor do I reread my comments here, For that I apologize. I get ahead of myself. I reread reports, heaven help me if I didn’t. But reports I can print them out and easier to read than here of the screen. I will be the 1st to admit I can not spell without spell check or slowing down. So again I know my spelling and grammar can be a joke at times.

I take alot of photos inside and out including both sides of subject ( habit now from doing REO's) and if I forgot to note something I can look at the photos and very often get it that way.
