Ever Wondered Who's Selling Us Out?

While it may be stupid to charge the fees he is, its not against the law.

Low-balling the competition is not against the law. What is against the law is a little thing known as "price fixing."

If the company is allegedly violating FL law regarding supervision of trainees, that is something that should be investigated by the proper authorities.

I wonder how long it will take before someone who is convicted in absentia by this kangaroo court, and defamed publically herein, sues the crap out of this website and its self-appointed triers-of-gossip.

Maybe you charge too much. I get a different fee all the time. When I get too busy i'll drop the lowest payee in favor of the highest.

Tell us what you really think, Kenneth! Really, if that's what you think of us, why do you even bother to come here?

The gossip is people wondering if he can, or cannot, do a credible job at that fee. Some here suggest that he may be able, some, such as myself, find that idea laughable. That's, in effect, gossip. We don't know, we have no proof, yet there are opinions being bandied about in the absence of said proof.

Dave...

HSN had appraisals on sale this morning for $42.99 .... I just couldnt find one I liked.

Picky Picky! You should just waive the fee and have them pay
for your gas! If it's a complex one, have them throw in lunch.

The word "Gossip", sort of like when billion dollar company tell it's employees "It is all Gossip", just before they sell their stock and give out pink slips.

Gossip is just a question to be answered and verified.

And more! :new_multi::new_multi::new_multi:

edited for reasons of personal sanity and to keep oneself from being banned and pushed into the appraisal wilderness forever.

I totally agree with Messrs. Brown and Dean. Where is it written that you have to charge alot to get a good appraisal. Maybe he works 18 hours a day and has a good support staff. I haven't seen 175 since 84-85, doesn't mean he can't make a profit.

I find Mr. Brown guilty of poor spelling!
