Report due tomorrow. This constantly pops up, 5 times per 20 minutes. I can't finish this $740 dollar report, due tomorrow without your immediate help. Help me.

Is this your software or an upload message?

Computer Issues

Reboot, web update, reboot again, also close any other programs that may be running in the background (start, msconfig, tab over to services, uncheck the boxes except for your virus protection), then reboot again.

Why do I want only the programs that I am using running? The others in the in the background may be using code that conflicts with your software.

I did all of what suggested and many more fixes. Not fixed. I am very experienced in computers, software, windows management (XP for life!), and troubleshooting (including virus/spyware/tardware discovery and removal.)

Help please.

Since you are much more experienced in computers than I, I won't offer any suggestions to fixing your immediate problem.

A fix to your transmission problem may be to use a 3rd party to convert a copy of your report (in a PDF version) to XML. I believe that Veros (you can find them on the web) has a service that will convert an uploaded PDF appraisal report into an XML-ready file for upload. I don't recall what the cost is, but I think it is below $30.

Good luck.

I don't know the specifics of your software, but I heard that some forms software gives the user the option of manually entering data in UAD fields rather then using the drop-down menu's or "pick lists." Problem is, that if the entry contains something like a transposition error or an extra space, it still "looks" correct but is not. The content of your error message leads me to believe that something like this could be the problem.

Short fix is to pdf it and call them, explaining and get an email address to send it to until your computer decides to cough it up in the proper format.
