Years ago I tried to use Rural/Suburban in my sales grid. "Rurban" fits the definition of what I was trying to indicate.
I explained what it meant but, I was told by the UW there was no such thing and to change it or the appraisal would be rejected.

Yes, you'll get that. I can footnote or otherwise source it in a narrative report but I guess "Rural (Appraisal Institute Dictionary of Real Estate Appraisal" won't fit in a form like Rural/Suburban!
