Care to address any of his question, Dan?

Shocking that Phil's show would be pushing another conspiracy theory (this one involving Danny Wiley) with absolutely no evidence to back it up. I have to hand it to Phil, he has built a nice little business producing a podcast that tells a certain segment of appraisers exactly what they want to hear...next, he will be alleging that Danny's company ServiceLink accepts and makes payments using crypto-currencies, lol.It certainly is regrettable that Phil was apparently unaware of something that has been discussed openly on this forum as well as other social media sites. Perhaps he fell behind on his reading while on vacation last week. I don't know. It is even more regrettable that Phil's lack of awareness led him to such an unfounded quantum leap. I literally laughed outloud when I heard him suggest that I was part of some "secret program." Actually, I find it a little funny given how he is supposed to be the guy "in the know."
I also find it ironic that Phil himself suggested that someone could contact me for a statement (you will find that about 24 minutes in). Well, I have exactly zero emails or voice mails from him. I know that he has my contact info, because I have emailed him before. Maybe he just lost it, and maybe his Google is brokenPerhaps someone can reach out to Phil and get a statement about why he broadcasted the story that way without making any attempt to reach me.
SL is not working on the field test. As I said in another thread, I don't even know the markets where they are testing. But, hey, never let facts get in the way of good story, especially if you are an Internet blogger type. What I know I have gathered form attending various industry events and keeping my ears open.
Glad you edited the post to exclude that Phil is telling (certain segment of) appraisers exactly what they want to hear - that the profession sucks and that there are unfounded conspiracies everywhere.Shocking that Phil's show would be pushing another conspiracy theory (this one involving Danny Wiley) with absolutely no evidence to back it up. Certainly not. For example, earlier this morning I listened to the VoA podcastDoes what you hear gathered from keeping your ears open mean that all that you hear is factual?![]()
I think that you are confusing my post in this thread with another post I made in the The Appraiser Shortage Myth Part 43 thread, but since you seem to like what I said in that other thread, I will glad repeat it here: Phil's show is all about telling his audience pretty much exactly what they want to hear which is that everything about the appraisal profession now sucks, everyone is screwing over appraisers and exposing numerous conspiracies against the appraisal professionGlad you edited the post to exclude that Phil is telling (certain segment of) appraisers exactly what they want to hear - that the profession sucks and that there are unfounded conspiracies everywhere.
