Just because you offer a 'product' doesn't mean appraisers will offer their services, USPAP compliant or not. I won't do a $75 job if I need to do 10 a day.

I stick with my full fee reports, scheduled out two weeks.

I will glad repeat it here: Phil's show is all about telling his audience pretty much exactly what they want to hear which is that everything about the appraisal profession now sucks, everyone is screwing over appraisers and exposing numerous conspiracies against the appraisal profession

And guess what? There are plenty of malcontents out there that undoubtedly lap up all of that type of pablum that is fed to them.
