Care to address the information presented? Or take back your invented comments? I realize you're struggling with this because CNN isn't covering it but it also helps to remember history. The same media fanning this panic told us Trump had zero chance at winning and that he was a Russian agent. All proven completely false, why do people still tune in? What we need is a media quarantine because too many folks fall victim to fake news...don't be one of them...

Apolticial, wow, unbelievable how much you've been duped or indoctrinated. How is coverage of Trump over 90% negative, how was Obama covered? I'm continually amazed at people's inability to see the obvious and lack of concern with gathering all of your information from media commentators who have been proven as liars or complete idiots. I asked a pediatrician over a month ago about the virus, he laughed and said it's a variant of the common cold. Maybe you should gather some real information from people who might be "in the know". Makes you wonder if everyone in USA should be tested mandatory. How much could a test cost? Idk. Never seen anything like it. They are shutting some businesses down in Nashville yesterday and putting restrictions on others like how many people can be there and no standing at bars....etc..etc. Disney Parks alone shutting down is major unemployment. If you live in Orlando or wherever Disney is located, you better be watching indicators closely.

There are not enough supplies to test everybody. Smart move for businesses to shut down to get ahead of this and contain it. There is so far no cure and no vaccine, a 2% mortality rate if it spread to the general population would be a health crisis of untold body count and overwhelm hospitals. If the CV can be contained in a projected 2 month period the economy could bounce back. Keep fingers crossed.

IT might make some appraisers slow their roll. I saw alarming posts in last few weeks of appraisers doing 15-20, even 25 reports a week. We all are busier than normal and taking on more volume but that level for one appraiser is almost impossible to do a good job on each, these appraisals and loan files that flood in during this time can be scrutinized later , particularly if the economy stalls- the high $ sale contracts and new construction sale comps rubber stamping prices especially.
