Discount for a "NO CONTACT" inspection

You really need a drink, J. I was just kidding... I don't think marijuana is legal in FL yet, so I'd never encourage someone to break the law, but...
lol ha ha

I don't and will not offer a discount, however I do say to the owner or Realtor that we should socially distant during the inspection and mention that it may be a good idea if they step out of the dwelling while I do the interior portion. I also try to gather any recent upgrading information via email rather than having a discussion at the property.

It's going to vote here in AZ again in November, fingers crossed. :clapping:

I changed my mind about it because it seems better to just to quote lower for a "no contact" interior versus occupied home. We are in the home stretch of this Covid thing so a few more months and we are looking at a vaccine and herd immunity. We did it with H1N1 and SARS, which are both coronaviruses. No one needs to get super sick right now, I don't care if you think it is just a bad cold.
Don't be bullied by these appraisers I want my Gift Card :) LOL

Never trust a guy who says he won't encourage you to break the law, probably has a back yard full of weed and other green vegetables and its too hot in Arizona to smoke pot anyway.
I wouldn't say 'full'... more like 'strategically placed'. I am in Texas after all...

Guess I can eat the gummies instead, or enjoy it in the pool. It's beautiful here the other 8 months of the year here BTW :)

AZ is hot as molten iron in the summer, but you're right - it's a beautiful place. And, as they say, it's a dry heat... :rof:
