I am looking to move to Seattle in the next month. While I have more business than I can handle where I am right now, I am concerned that there will not be enough business in Seattle because things there are still so shut down due to Covid. Does anyone have any insight into the availability of business in Seattle right now?

Are you crazy : LMAO

Yes I am LMAO because I don't think there's any other rational or intelligent response to such an ignorant, poorly formulated thought. If the poor judgement that you are referring to, but not able to articulate, is that that is dangerous to appraise real estate during a pandemic, then that response is both ignorant and false. I am a healthy 35-year-old and an statistically more likely to be struck by lightning than die from a Covid infection. Real estate is deemed an essential function, and, if you have an issue with that, you ought to take that up with the federal government rather than passively aggressively insulting strangers on professional forms. Thanks so much for your helpful, thoughtful, and well-formulated response, and good luck to ya. Also, a proper sentence is ended with punctuation. ; )

Also, you are clearly a troll and a cyber bully. I doubt you would have the confidence to speak that way to people in person, you coward.

Apparently someone isn't aware that the only danger in Seattle isn't Covid alone. However, if residential appraiser, perhaps you can avoid the trouble spots but the real question is how easy is it going to be to determine what the market is really doing. Certainly if commercial is your bag, the bottom apparently has fell out of that market. But residential? I donno but the riots are almost certainly impacting the market and getting a handle on that will be a real challenge I predict.

I 'believe' the crazy assertion is WHERE you are moving, not WHAT you will be doing when you get there.

With all the people that will likely be moving OUT of Seattle in the coming months, I am sure you will be quite busy. You may even get a steal on a home. BTW, hope you can take care of yourself well, don't expect much police protection.

I hear Seattle is a nice place, if you don't mind lots of rain.
What is with the state versus state hate here lately?
