Moving to Seattle

Why would you assumed I am not licensed there and haven't been there? I'm fact, I am licensed there and have been there. So who's making the assumptions?
Addie, is that you? And a 'grammatically correct' sentence would have used 'have assumed'.

You asked if anyone had any insight into how business was there right now. That appears as if you are unfamiliar with the current climate there in terms of the appraisal profession. I assumed since it stated on your profile that you were a Certified appraiser in Kentucky (not Washington), that you were attempting to gauge the state of the profession there. I do not think that was a crazy assumption. Wow, I was just trying to help.

You know. Everyone hates Kentucky.
And Moscow Mitch.
Yes but people here are acting more ignorant than most I meet in KY. Like every state, it is diverse with different types of people. There are uneducated hillbillies in CA, KY, CT, etc. To assume someone is a certain way because they are from KY or want to move to Seattle (btw what stereotype are you claiming because I can't be a liberal crazy and an ignorant hillbilly both at once) is ignorant and dumb, and you are only proving your own likeness to Mitch by saying things like that.

I am trying to gauge the profession??? Seriously that's moronic. I would only be trying to gauge it by definition if I knew it was thriving, and I wouldn't be on here asking if it was doing OK if I knew. As I said, I have more work than I can handle here so why would I move to another market to gauge it? I think you need to educate yourself on basic language comprehension.

And yes you would be shocked to know that like 40.7% of the state, and like basically every educated person in the state, I did not vote for Mitch. Are you now going to hate every New Yorker because they produced Trump? Just some thoughts. I suggest you generate a few of your own.

Got it. Have a great evening!

Well I'm glad you could finally understand something. : ). I hope you have a great evening, preferably involving reading and/or education as, unfortunately for me, you are my peer that could be conceivably judging my work. Best of luck with that.

Please have a safe trip moving out of Kentucky. Godspeed.

Apparently someone isn't aware that the only danger in Seattle isn't Covid alone. However, if residential appraiser, perhaps you can avoid the trouble spots but the real question is how easy is it going to be to determine what the market is really doing. Certainly if commercial is your bag, the bottom apparently has fell out of that market. But residential? I donno but the riots are almost certainly impacting the market and getting a handle on that will be a real challenge I predict.
The bottom has *fallen out of the market, you mean? I can't take anyone seriously who can't speak intelligibly.

I'm glad you learned how to copy, edit, and paste. You're welcome! : )

I imagine you are a fun date. You seem very sensitive and critical. Has nothing to do with where you currently reside or desire to move to, but how critical your reply to folks trying to provide you insight that you asked for. Are we being punked?
