As long as forumites aren't offering to meet one another in a Denny's parking lot in some random state located between them to punch it out....
I say these conversations are rather entertaining....
Beats MLS photos VS conceal carry weapon....

As I always say....
I love hearing gossip....
As long as it's not about me....

Whose turn is it????

I find GW to be an acquired taste....
It eventually happens but it takes awhile....
Sort of the like the 1st time a boy/man eats **************....
The number of stars has no relationship to what I'm referring to....

"Beats MLS photos VS conceal carry weapon...."

...and almost as productive as the discussions about the precision of measuring dimensions of a house.

I do a fair amount of 2055's, about 15%. I've never had a big issue with them because I spent almost ten years working my county in the assessor's office and looked at literally thousands of houses, inside and out. I have a pretty good idea of the quality level of neighborhoods. I'm not surprised about the inside by looking at its outside.

You can't see mold from the outside.

But sometimes you can smell it while walking around the outside, just depends how much of it there is on the inside.

.

the banksters are still ordering drive bys. didn't they learn anything from the financial crisis. the countrywide lawsuit specifically related to the condition of the property.

can't see water stained ceilings from the street. :rof: :rof: :rof:

How many appraisers are doing drivebys on properties that have no prior MLS or other documentation on which to rely on, but are solely relying on the exterior condition and making the assumption that the interior condition and quality is similar to the exterior condition and quality?

In the old days, I did drive-bys with an extraordinary assumption that the inside was similar to the outside, and that the rear was similar to the front.

Now they want interior photos. Sounds bad, but most borrowers will text you some interior and backyard pics. Especially when they need money.

As Danny Wiley, stated - read the 2055 form, more specifically, the second paragraph in the Scope of Work.
