Is it just me or does this new version of the form suck? Terrible layout IMO. Why do people feel the need to change things for the worse?

Noting to do with this topic - but - BEAUTIFUL guitar. Dad has one and still has an original Fender Twin Reverb. (with the tubes).

Thanks. It's a stock photo but mine looks just like it. Hoping I get to play more with this slow down.

I had a difficult time figuring out who was the lender on one this week. No address or nothing in the port.

Just go with the flow and adapt. If that is the worst thing we have to deal with doing VA appraisals, we have a good thing.
The point is, is the form better or worse? How difficult would it be for VA to have some dialogue with appraisers? No need to answer, they are the VA.

Glad to see field 34 "Refinancing Amount of Proposed Loan" has finally been done away with. Nothing good was ever going to come from that.

I thought I was losing my eyesight when I first noticed the "new and improved 1805 Form". Once I got the old magnifying glass out, I began finding the information I needed. I agree. This is the last form they should have thought about changing.

Lenders rarely fill them out correctly anyway. Maybe the confusion of a new form will make them put the right data in. Or worse, less data.
