Many missing contact info boxes not filled in. I dream up someone's phone number, and do MLS data search, to maybe get an appointment. Not too bad a form, just lazy sales people. Woops, did I say sales people, Originators, my bad. Too much work to fill out 2 pages than 1 ?

New VA Circular notice yesterday said they have added a place for Desktop and Exterior only request on the just redesigned form. With all the caveats listed to get a desktop on the prior circular, I don't see that happening that often here, especially since there was no fee reduction announced. I don't understand why the lender or the appraiser would take the risk in this changing market. Lots of Lenders don't allow the Assisted Appraisal Processing whatever and I don't blame them.
 
Interesting -Timing -VA said three weeks ago If an appraiser accepts an assignment, but later decides that a desktop or exterior-only appraisal is not appropriate, they can kick it back to the VA within two business days. The VA would then notify the lender, and restart the process to find another appraiser.

Dont really care I do not do your homework for you as I recall its dated on or about August 2nd. And it was sent to Underwriters-- I doubt it was sent to appraisers as many have been reporting push back where some refuse to do them.

Again, you apparently you can't read and are completely clueless. Post #22 said the 1085 form was revised yesterday. That would make it 09/16/2022.

It's the very first one on LGY. I got an email titled VA benefits in the email I use for ID me not my main email.

And he is not on the VA panel, no longer a SAR, and in fact, said he hasn't done any residential appraisals all year, so ?
