I don't know the difference between white and brown eggs. Aren't they equal? Though I think browns are healthier.

Because our Costco parking lot is so full cars are parked on the street, So no way going there two pick up eggs , a 1.5 hour event and I hate going in their with all those people.

White hens with light skin produce white eggs. Red hens produce red/brown eggs. The color of the earlobe is key to the color of the egg. Asians prefer a long necked yellow skinned chicken and are turned off by the whiter skin of a US broiler.

Costco has always mostly leased their properties , often moving into Vacant old empty K-Marts, Sears etc. They are also located in middle income areas but lease older Industrial Box Buildings at cheap leases.

There was this pocket neighborhood of new homes sold over decade ago near Costco around here. It sold quickly before I had a chance to invest.
During Great Recession, the value didn't decline as much.
I still like that subdivision. Maybe its seclusion but still close proximity to Costco.
