This person has no license from anybody?

I don’t get it

When Trump becomes a convicted Felon, he can work at that job if he needs the money.

it's just the tip of the iceberg...public trust is one lie at a time :rof:
:rof: :rof:

" Licensed appraisers and their trainees who are bound by ethics, vetted and background checked by their respective states should be used for all property data collections going forward."

Well at least the VA has a handle on the problem
VA always seems to be the only voice of reason. It's why there is still a VA panel and you have to be qualified with references to your work product and customer service from legitimate references and have at least 5 years experience in your current market areas to get on the VA panel. When the Chief Appraiser at VA mentioned that Veterans can be deployed, leaving their families alone and vulnerable, so no unlicensed "data collectors" or Bar Stool Billys would be doing inspections, you could see he got it (and he is a real appraiser). Fannie and Freddie, "naw, let's let our AMC friends in on the payola", homeowner protection, not a priority for F and F.

The users need to eat too. Whats' the big deal with a little strong-armed robberies to get the job and done quickly and efficiently? :rof:

It was inevitable. One reason we're subject to background checks in our licensing is because we go into people's homes. And that's one more reason to expect at least some states to regulate the PDC activity.

I'll be interested to see how the anti-licensing advocates square up their opposition to licensing with their opposition to 3rd party PDCs.
