Arroyo Grande bank robbery suspect in custody

He's accused of also robbing several banks in Southern California

just your future appraisal inspector...:ROFLMAO:

In all fairness there is nothing they can do but rant or get into another occupation.

There are things they can do, but they won't. They wouldn't 13 years ago, they wouldn't 8 years ago, and they won't now. Just roll over and die while whining.

The White House -The GSEs- The Money Center Banks are all on board and its now being fully implemented. What could a lowly appraiser do to reverse this ? Nothing the Ship Has Sailed
and its not coming back. Why let people kill themselfs emotionally which eventually hits them physically to do things that won't make change.

We had two appraisers here in my County sentenced to Federal Prison eight years ago and others each year for being involved in real estate fraud. This home inspector thing is getting blown out of proportion. Most criminals want to make easy money not driving around taking photos and measuring homes. :) LMAO

15 years ago some of them were working in boilerrooms and originating loans. But I'm sure most of them were just getting their lives back together and getting ready to go to computer school.

Every time you read about an appraiser who was conspiring with others in these crimes their end of it was always limited to the appraisal fee. They virtually never got a cut of the action. Appraisers are horrible at doing crimes.

Or they would have if their names hadn't been entered into some permanent, searchable database for marijuana offenses.

Almost no convicts go to prison for mere possession. Even if they pled down to a possession charge the real offense they got arrested for is almost always far more serious. The guy I knew who worked in one of the shops I worked in prior to licensing (Glenn knows the appraiser who owned that shop) had gotten out of prison for a smuggling charge. And he still eventually got an appraisal license after going through some hoops.

BTW, you don't want to be a repeat offender because the penalty for subsequent offenses are fully intended to be more severe.
