You're not getting the message here. When someone is being that dumb about it the cops don't need to violate anyone's rights in order to catch them. That's why only the idiots get caught at it.

It sure WOULD be creating an infringement upon a constitutionally protected liberty. That is, if the electorate actually went along with it and the courts didn't strike it down.

The only reason recreational weed is legal in my state and not in your's is because of states rights. My state's electorate went for the head change and your's rejected it.

Nah.. we are in a kinder, gentler phase of Criminal Justice. Everyone gets a multitude of chances because we care about people and their feelings and their broken backgrounds and any other excuse for their abhorrent behavior.

I never did any AMC work either. Besides, I heard Data Collectors are all racist on top of being completely unvetted, unlicensed, unqualified, and uninsured.
