Would you consider these skylights to be sufficient egress for this 2nd story bedroom?
There are no other windows except for these two skylights. Exterior photo is the view of skylights from the roof.

No, I would not unless they open. I hardly ever adjust for bedrooms anyway, unless it's a high rent area. I would just call it a bonus room used as a bedroom.

I would not make an issue how would windows help ? Open and slide down the roof :)

They open, but not sure if it safe to first climb on the roof to escape.

So what ya going to do take the roof off ? A fireman could get in those a owner would slide down the roof and on most two stories you have to jump out two stories and break your legs. Move on and be done :)

Not making it an issue just want to report it correctly. Listing has it as a bedroom, but I do not think it is adequate enough. The first thing the users of the appraisal are going to complain about is that I called it a 3 bedroom rather than 4. I am thinking ahead of my rebuttal when the revision request comes charging in.

Its still a bedroom- What kind of windows do you think it needs ? Even if it had windows you still slide down the roof - Do you think changing the name changes the outcome ? No it does not its a bedroom you are just leading your self down a dead end road :)
